Our Mission
The Rattlers football players will not only be football players - They will also be husbands, fathers, community leaders and more. In the days leading up to our
practices and games they will continue to contribute to the greater goods of there families, friends, fans, league, organizations, and community.
The Delawware County Rattlers franchise and organization exists to advance the exposure, excitement, teaching, valuation and service mission of Semi-
professional football nationwide. our focus is on the education and the promotion of health and welfare of our athletes, our families, our friends, our fans, and our
community in which we opperate. The Delaware County Rattlers franchise and organization seeks to link the experiences and skills of all backgrounds, races,
origins, genders, and cultures, to prepare our athletes and staff, including woman and minorities, to be productive members of society. We acknowlege that the
character of the athletes, staff, owners, and sponsors associated with our organization reflects upon the character of semi pro football as a whole.
The Delaware County Rattlers Franchise and organization is dedicated to demonstrating leadership in all decisions affecting our athletes., organization, and
league. The Rattlers staff and ownership will act in an ethical and honest manner. The Rattlers franchise will promote an enviroment fostering and professional
and personal achievement of coaches, administrators and staff, while attaining excellence in athletic performance, sportsmanship, financial strength, and
superior fan satisfaction. The vision within our organization is at the core of our responsability to our community and the to the public.
